Chuck is a dedicated public servant who takes election integrity seriously. Chuck worked tirelessly with his colleagues to draft and pass SB 202, which made it easier for citizens to cast their legal votes and harder for people to cheat. 

Legal voter participation continues to increase, and Chuck remains committed to strengthening our voting laws so your vote counts. In the most recent session, he voted to safeguard elections further, providing visible watermarks on ballots, counting without the QR code, and more secure ballot handling.
